33db Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided through the 33db website and associated mobile applications ("Platform"). The key terms used here are defined below:

• "Platform" means the 33db website, mobile app, and all associated digital channels.
• "User" or "You" means any person registered on the Platform.
• "Services" means casino games, sports betting, live casino, and other entertainment activities offered through 33db.
• "Account" means the personal profile created by registering on the 33db platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount held in an account, including both real money and bonuses.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any person who accesses this Platform is bound by these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Participation on the 33db platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 or older. Valid identification may be required at registration or at any later stage for age verification. If a person under 21 opens an account, that account will be closed immediately and any transactions on that account will be considered void.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, in such cases, all accounts will be cancelled. Information required for registration includes your full name, age, mobile number, and payment details used for deposits.

2.3 Identity Verification

33db may carry out a KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time to ensure security. This process may require copies of a national ID card, passport, or other valid documents. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Account Management

3.1 Protection of Login Details

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username, password, and OTP completely confidential. 33db will not be liable for any financial loss arising from sharing this information with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Information

If any information provided at registration changes — such as your mobile number or payment method — update your account profile immediately. 33db will not be responsible for any delay or complication in the withdrawal process caused by outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there is no login or transaction for 180 consecutive days or more, the account may be marked as inactive. To reactivate an inactive account, you will need to contact the support team.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The payment methods currently available for deposits on the 33db platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits must be made only from an account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same payment methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, the verification process or other reasons may cause some additional delay.

4.3 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Using another person's account or card for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. 33db reserves the right to cancel transactions and suspend accounts if this rule is violated.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is offered on the first deposit at 33db, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and to become eligible for withdrawal, bets of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus become withdrawable only after the required wagering has been completed. Misuse of bonuses or attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended. Each promotion may have its own separate terms, which will be stated in the description of that promotion.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The 33db VIP programme has three tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, the Silver tier up to 0.8%, and the Gold tier up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week. For example: if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results and RTP

The results of all games displayed on 33db are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). RTP (Return to Player) information for each game can be found on that game's detail page. Game results are not predetermined, and no guarantee of future results can be given based on previous rounds.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, the result of that round will be determined based on the server record. 33db reserves the right to cancel any winnings incorrectly displayed due to a clear programming error.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, bets are settled after the result of the specified event is published. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be refunded, unless separate rules have been set for that event. In the case of a multi-bet, losing even one selection may result in the entire bet being lost.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 33db platform:

• Bonus abuse or claiming promotional benefits through multiple accounts.
• Using any software, bots, or automated tools to influence game results.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack them.
• Registering or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Operating an account with false or incomplete information.
• Dishonestly exploiting any technical error on the platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, logos, software, and other elements displayed on the 33db platform are the intellectual property of 33db. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes beyond personal, non-commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Content and trademarks of game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, etc.) are the property of their respective providers. The terms of the relevant game provider will also apply to the use of their content.

9 Limitation of Liability

33db provides gaming and betting as an entertainment service. 33db has no control over game results and cannot guarantee any specific winnings.

33db bears no liability in the following situations:

• If a game or bet is disrupted due to an internet disconnection or device issue.
• If unauthorised access occurs to an account because the user left their own login details unsecured.
• If a transaction problem arises due to a delay or failure in a third-party payment service.
• If a game is interrupted or its result changes due to a server issue on the part of the game provider.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical reasons.

33db makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance or unexpected technical reasons.

10 Changes to Terms and Account Closure

10.1 Right to Amend Terms

33db reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

10.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily close their account. To do so, contact the support team. The balance may be withdrawn before account closure; however, any bonus for which the wagering requirement has not been met will be cancelled.

10.3 Account Closure by 33db

33db reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for rule violations or other valid reasons. In such cases, the user will be informed of the reason and given the opportunity to appeal. In cases of fraudulent activity, an account may be closed without notice.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, first contact the 33db customer service team. 33db provides support 24/7 in Bengali and English via live chat and email.

When submitting a complaint, include the following information:

• Account username or registered mobile number.
• The date, time, and full details of the dispute.
• The relevant transaction ID or game round number (if applicable).
• A description of your claim or the resolution you expect.

12 Responsible Gaming Obligations
